Premier Martial Arts Mats is manufactured with 2" crosslink polyethylene foam, cross-link poly foam is closed cell foam that is designed for martial arts, gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling and general physical activity that require firmness and more energy absorption matting. The Premier Martial Arts Mats foam core offers a firm yet better rebound surface then the Standard folding Mats. The Premier martial arts mat is a good choice for activities that require firmness and more energy absorption matting. AGM's Premier Martial Arts folding panel Mats are manufactured with Velcro on ends only. Velcro options are available on our Premier martial arts Mats. The Deluxe Martial Arts Mats is manufactured with two foam options. We can manufacture the deluxe mat to have the soft foam on top and the firm foam on the bottom. The Deluxe Martial Arts Mats made with the soft foam on top allows the new student to feel secure when learning new techniques. With the soft poly foam on the top students feel a softer landing that allows the student to feel confident while learning falls and throws. 

Manufacturing the Deluxe martial Arts Mat with the firm foam on top is also known as the Take down Mat. The Take Down mat allows the martial art student to have a firm footing, with a semi soft landing. The deluxe martial arts mat is used to teach more advanced Martial Art Student who is using proper techniques but still offers a softer landing when practicing throws and falls.

You must specify which foam option is best for your needs when ordering Deluxe Martial Arts Mats. Please specify if you would like the top of your mat to be manufactured with firm or soft foam.
